Between Greensboro/Elon: Twin Oaks

On highway 70, just east of Stony Creek.  Great for commuters from Greensboro.  Located next to the water tower for the city of Greensboro.  They also have a K-12 Christian based school as well.

    My two children have attended Twin Oaks since they were each two months old. Good location for those traveling from Greensboro. Hours are nice for work days that start a bit early and run a bit late (6:30 am-6:00 pm).

    Not the most developmental/liberal program I have encountered, but solid care in a clean, safe environment.
